Liked: Lovely, Friendly staff. Was able to drop off bags before check in and also leave them after check out until our journey home, so we could explore bag free. The room was basic but it was all we needed for a bed for the night. Perfect location close to coach station, train and subway.

Disliked: Tiny space. No elevator on ground floor. It was hard to move with a large piece of luggage on stairs. No refrigerator, no tea pot or coffeemaker. I struggled moving heavy suitcases to and from storage room on a very narrow staircase, neither of two front desk men offered any help.

Great for spending a couple...

Liked: Excellent location for Victoria coach station and railway station. Bed was comfortable, room and facilities clean and modern enough.
Disliked: No breakfast available

Liked: We liked that it was a good location for tube station and not too much noise.The beds were comfy.
Disliked: We didn't like being left outside for more than 20 minutes when we first arrived, waiting for someone to answer the door.The bathroom bin was rusty, along with radiator in bedroom and bathroom being filthy, the underside rim of toilet was full of disgustingly brown marks, grouting in shower was black/brown, no kettle in room though one was provided when we asked but they didn't have any cups or mugs and suggested we use the glasses in bathroom.....I think not, so we got Costa paper cups from Sainsburys.Chairs in room had marks on seat area so we didn't use them.We didn't ask for our room to be made up but they did it anyway, glad we locked valuables up in our suitcases.Bannister had come away from another part and was held together with sellotape, very dangerous from Health and Safety point of view.There was no one on desk when we first arrived as we were continuously ringing the bell for twenty minutes and once in, the reception area was covered with laundry bags waiting to be collected, we could have easily tripped over them.We won't be staying at this hotel again a in d definitely won't be recommending it to anyone any time soon
