Liked: One of the receptionist was really helpful and friendly
Disliked: Some staff, when asked to help carry one bag, said it is not his job. Room was really dirty, curtains torn and bathroom dirty.

A mixed review

Liked: Good location in quiet road but not far from Victoria train and coach stations.Staff helpful and pleasant. Room small but clean and beds comfortable.
Disliked: No kettle/tea making facilities and some firrings worn. Hair drier wouldn't work and shower temperamental, going hot and cold.

Great stay thank you

Liked: Lovely hotel, room was clean and just what we needed for an overnight stay. The location was great, 5 minutes walk from Victoria station and Apollo theatre. Would definitely recommend and would stay again 😁 Thank you
Disliked: There was nothing not to like it was great

Bad

Liked: Everything this stay is now irrelevant. We left something important in the room and have been trying for nearly 24 hours to contact someone. There is absolutely no customer service.
