Good, clean, quiet place to stay.

Liked: Close to venue we were attending.
Disliked: Time allowance for breakfast.

Bad

Liked: Didn't have one, staff unpacked sheets and linens placed on bed straight out of package. They didn't wash 1st. Coming from a hospitality background, that is something not done.
Disliked: The hotel is in a bad area of town. Staff is not very knowledgeable of computer systems. It has taken 7 days for a refund of the deposit. I since stayed in other hotels refund was immediate. Hotel states it is up to my bank system.

It was good for the...

Liked: The price and accommodations were appropriate for my need. The bed was comfortable. The room was clean. The elevator works. The hotel was gated. The noise around the rooms was quiet.
Disliked: The shower was slow and weak.
