Liked: Nice setting, clean and sufficient facilities in room. Bed comfy and good sized towels and toiletries. Pleasant and helpful staff.
Disliked: The shower was cold. Thankfully, it was very hot weather when we visited

Disliked: Upon arrival the room was in a disgusting and dirty state. This was reported to staff on site who said there was nothing else available. My colleague could not stay in the room as it was uninhabitable. We have been asking for a refund ever since and are getting nowhere. Next step is to claim via our payment card.

Disliked: very shabby and rather rundown room. bathroom door for example didn’t fit and couldn’t be fully closed. . no ventilation apart from leaving the front door open. Although a kettle, mugs, tea& powdered coffee and biscuits provided, there were no water glasses. No wifi.
