First visitors to stay

Liked: Very friendly welcome as their first ever guests. Room was clean and comfortable and we are sure once the new owners have more time to prepare the bar and breakfast option, it will be a popular spot for visiting Blackpool. A little walk to the town but easy enough to get to xxx Thank you for our stay
Disliked: A little noisy with the other hotels surrounding and parking hit and miss depending on street parking nearby.

Liked: the owner was very pleasant
Disliked: in the middle of a refurbishment the rooms weren't up to standard left half hour after we checked in and had to book another hotel

Disliked: Where shall I start. I booked for me and my 2 kids a 8 month old who's teething really bad and a 13 year old with disabilities. I got to the hotel about 3.20pm to check in and no one was about to let me in so as I stood outside waiting after about 5 mins a guy came up saying the hotel manager just popped to his car. Then proceed to shout down the street for him and then went in to see if he was in basement. He said he couldn't find him and that he was just there. After 20 mins of waiting I said look I'm going to book a hotel room in the establishment a few doors down as family members i was travelling with booked in there. After I settled in hotel room and got kids sorted and phoned booking.com customer service to get a full refund. The manager rang me saying he tried calling me to find out when I was checking in but I had already booked in another hotel and wasn't waiting around anymore with 2 kids. From the feel of the outside it seemed very dodgy and shady so I'm glad I didn't stay in there with my kids. Avoid at all costs

Liked: There was nothing to like about this place infact we didn't even stay I had to book a travel lodge because it was an unsaved filthy place! Not at all like the photos! Please avoid!!
Disliked: The fact there was no security or lock on the main front door! The place stunk! It was filthy the rooms you couldn't move for the amount of beds been put in! No remote for TV, couldn't see out the window for muck! The owner or man looking after it was drunk and stunk of alcohol! The place should not be on the Internet it's false advertising and unsafe to stay!

Liked: Bed was comfy.The Staff was as helpful as he could.Good location. Close to the bars. En suite bathroom
Disliked: No Blinds or curtains on the large windows. Asked to switch rooms and got no reply through this app. (Was replying till I asked)Room was smaller than expected. En suite was larger than the room.No parking available.Was told we could park on someones drive for a few hours lol.Had to find parking elsewhere. Paid £15 for 24 hours. Came back to both sides of my car doors dinged by other car doors.Toilet had a crack in the bowl.

Liked: I am very disappointed with this reservation, when I arrived at the place, there was no one at the reception, the entrance was completely dirty with garbage, beer cans, and the smell of cigarettes and drugs was bad. I tried to contact them by phone on the app and by message, but I didn't get any response. I called a cell phone number that was on the entrance door and no one answered.
Disliked: I and my 6 year old son were harmed by this reservation at this hotel, we were not able to stay at this hotel, I had to look for another place to spend the night, this is absurd, I want my money back and compensation from you as soon as possible, I have footage of the state of the place I found and I will sue you

Liked: Nothing ,How they allowed to call this place a hotel ?Horrible !!!
Disliked: Everything ,no parking ,tv didn’t work ,windows didn’t close properly,dirty .We didn’t stay at this place for a night that we paid ,we ran away from there to another place ,pillows were discussing ,who can sleep there?Paid £89 for What ???Absolutely Shocking !!!!!
