Had a lovely weekend

Liked: Very clean room And staff very well mannered
Disliked: No faults

Passable

Liked: Comfortable, tidy room.
Disliked: The Carpet needs a clean.

Liked: Central to everything we needed

Wouldn’t stay here again

Liked: Was close to everything
Disliked: It smelt of smoke all the time, room was tiny!! The owner was constantly smoking

We coped.

Liked: Location good.Ensuite quite large. Nearly as large as the bedroom.
Disliked: Room tiny and not really a double. Double bed shoved in corner.Carpet in desperate need if replacement.Parking, every man for himselfVery steep entrance steps.

Disappointing

Liked: Staff were helpful when they were there but just took over a couple of weeks ago
Disliked: Didn't change the towels or bedding,had to ask for toilet rolls and coffee etc a couple of times,shower was useless

Lovely hotel

Liked: Lovely place to stayStaff were very helpfulThe room was clean, and there was plenty of space
Disliked: Nothing Everything as expected

First visitors to stay

Liked: Very friendly welcome as their first ever guests. Room was clean and comfortable and we are sure once the new owners have more time to prepare the bar and breakfast option, it will be a popular spot for visiting Blackpool. A little walk to the town but easy enough to get to xxx Thank you for our stay
Disliked: A little noisy with the other hotels surrounding and parking hit and miss depending on street parking nearby.

Bad

Liked: the owner was very pleasant
Disliked: in the middle of a refurbishment the rooms weren't up to standard left half hour after we checked in and had to book another hotel
