Passable

Liked: Bed was comfortable, well made and cleanRoom had a bathroom with shower.
Disliked: Not being able to get breakfast in the morning, Loud noises from downstairs due to football.

Liked: Price and location. The Metro Centre was nearby.
Disliked: The mattress was way too soft. When sat down on it I fell off and hit my side on the bedside cabinet. The shower curtain had mould on it. No proper chair or armchair to sit on.

Disliked: I had booked and paid for 2 single rooms and 1 double room when we arrived we were told they only had a single and a twin left and when I said I had paid for three rooms I was told I would receive half of what I paid later This was the 26th of July and I havnt received anything or heard anything from the property totally unacceptable

Just doable for a short...

Liked: Nestled in a far quiet corner of Gateshead They give room girls names not just numbers which I found very unique Staff attentive and helpful Can get bus to Newcastle which was helpful next to it loads of time availability
Disliked: Tv was sticking out the wall Maybe recommend a fan for the room as it was boiling hot

Liked: Location & staff great-single en-suite room was clean & comfortable but on second floor. Hotel dated but close to city with bus stop outside.
