Great price/quality performance for a...

Liked: Very friendly and helpful staff, left luggage service and tea/coffee making facilities in the room. Only discomfort is to carry the luggage down on the narrow staircase.

Avoid

Liked: Great location
Disliked: Paid nearly £300 for two nights. Had no hot water at all over the two night stay and no running water for most of the stay meaning we were unable to go to toilet, brush teeth or have showers. When staff spoken to they said it was for operations on the roof which there weren't any.On the fourth floor with no lift and absolutely no chance of escape if there was a fire..No facilities in hotel at all.

We do not recommend this...

Liked: The location is good and the wifi as well. We also got clean towels every day.
Disliked: The room was tiny, with no room for luggage and there were no shelves in the bathroom for toothbrushes etc. The water was not always enough to take a shower/wash hair and on one occasion there was no water coming from the shower whatsoever. Also there was no AC.
