Good value for money, clean,tidy...

Liked: The beds were soft, clean and rooms were tidy.
Disliked: The staff were lovely but a little lack on reception duty. Having to call someone to come and check us in, then had to call again for extra tea/coffee supplies as no one was manning the desk. The staff were friendly and helpful, this was only a slight grumble.

It’s just okay. Nothing fancy.

Disliked: The journey to the room. My room was on the topmost floor with no one to assist me with my bags. It was very daunting especially for someone like me with back pain.
