Liked: I did like the location of the place, and when we were check in there was lady at reception she was really helpful .
Disliked: The bathroom was clean.But pillow and pillow case was awful.there is no lift.you have to carry your luggage by yourself even 4 th floor.this room was very small 9 m2.we saw 1 insect in the room.

Liked: Location was perfect very comfortable bed bathroom quiet small Otherwise I enjoy my stay ,also night shift Egyptian man was super friendly and very helpful very very nice customer service!!!!

Very noisy which is a...

Liked: The room was clean and tidy. Free WiFi and good TV. Shower was good.
Disliked: The door/window was broken that ment it didn't close with the room on the main road side all you could hear is the vehicles going past like there was no window at all. This resulted in no sleep for both nights. The lock on this door was was a hook and eye that's was held in place with a single loose screw. Not safe at all. It needs a new window putting in. The room is unusable untill this is sorted.

Liked: Really reasonably priced in a great area.
Disliked: Room was small but pay for what you get. It was clean.

Convenient, clean and friendly accommodation...

Liked: Conveniently placed for Hyde Park. Friendly staff. Clean room with a good clean shower room. Tea and coffee facilities in room.
Disliked: Beds a little soft. Decor a bit tired (curtains could have done with replacing). No decaf coffee. couldn't open the patio doors to balcony.

Liked: Location
Disliked: The lady at reception poor customer service. No hot water from tap. Window was cracked which is unsafe and the pillows were yellow and blood stained and no hot water .
