Very friendly

Liked: Very friendly welcome and the hosts were on hand.
Disliked: If there was a bedside light it would be great.

Calm but efficient.

Liked: Pleasant and helpful staff. Rania at reception particularly welcoming.Tea/coffee making facility. Shower/toilet functioned well.Location near Victoria station.
Disliked: Lack of space in room. Soft mattress.

Handy.

Liked: Walking distance to underground station. Variety of shops and restaurants nearby. Very pleasant staff.
Disliked: Soft mattresses. Lack of space.

Average hotel in the good...

Liked: Good location, iron available
Disliked: Floor needs repairing it’s very uneven and squeaky when walking on it. View from the room was not pleasant. But you get what you pay for

Great price/quality performance for a...

Liked: Very friendly and helpful staff, left luggage service and tea/coffee making facilities in the room. Only discomfort is to carry the luggage down on the narrow staircase.
