Liked: Small but Clean for an old building. Needs updating and decorating .
Disliked: Heard people above me snoring so glad came home at 3.45 am or I would have got no sleep at all.Glad not big as Ensuite tiny.

Liked: The personal is just great! They helped us a lot, and were always there for if you needed help/advices. The location is incredible, reasonable walking distance to the centre and just in front of the hotel there’s a bus stop. The building itself is clean, quiet and comfortable, will repeat 100% sure in our next London adventure.

Exceptional

Liked: It was an awesome stay with very friendly staff. They let’s us keep our luggage there for a couple of hours after vacating. This was very helpful as we didn’t have to carry it around the city. Absolutely enjoyed it!!!!

Unsafe place dont go there

Liked: Terrible Experience – Unsafe and UnprofessionalStayed here recently and had one of the worst experiences ever. When I entered the room, I found a needle on the bed – completely unacceptable and unsafe. I brought it to the receptionist right away. She was kind and gave me another room, but even that had a strong weed smell and was really uncomfortable to stay in.To make matters worse, there’s no elevator, and with a big suitcase, getting to the new room was a struggle. I ended up booking another place because I couldn’t stay in those conditions.I contacted Booking.com customer service, and they tried to help, but the hotel refused to answer their calls. What’s even more frustrating is that it was agreed the hotel manager would provide Booking with a confirmation number for the refund, but that never happened. It feels like they’re just avoiding responsibility at this point.This is not the kind of experience anyone should have, especially when traveling. I expected a full refund and still haven’t received it. Totally unprofessional and disappointing.
