Terrible

Liked: Got to the hotel everything inside and out was dirty. All windows could barely see out of. Walked in having made a booking and the staff didn’t ask me for a name booking number or anything! Just handed me the phone to speak to a manager. Manager said he had no booking down for me. Tried showing the staff emails with the booking confirmation but just looked at it and handed me the phone again for the manager. Had to go find another hotel to stay at with 2 babies under 2 and 3 other kids with us. Not good at all!
