Liked: Close to BP Pulse Live
Disliked: Dirty. Didn't feel safe. The bedding and hotel smelled awful. The wardrobes and drawers were filthy. Cobwebs everywhere. Mis match of bedding. Not a great stay.

Liked: location was convenient, wifi was fine
Disliked: neither the sink or the bath had plugs. the shower head holder was loose and kept drooping while showering. there was someone else's nearly-empty shampoo left in the bathroom. there was only 1 tea bag and 1 coffee pouch by the kettle. the bathroom had not been vacuumed. the mattress felt about 20 years old. there were ink spots on the bed sheet. the lights randomly flickered sometimes.

Cheap and it feels it

Liked: Room was large and clean, friendly staff with good parking, we stayed to attend the NEC and was driving to and from location and was a very easy convenient drive to and from.
Disliked: Beds were a bit uncomfortable, no bin given in the room, bathroom door had no latch so it would not stay shut, the room door had gaps around the frame and the walls are super thin to the point you can hear what people are listening to on their phones.Rooms were very hot without much ventilation HDMI sockets were removed from the TV which was odd.A lot of things felt a bit off such as both beds had different bedding and no two pillows were the same, this included towels it was a bit of a potluck which towels you received some were softer than others and they gave us a hand towel to shower with.

Cheap stay, on a budget....

Liked: The price was fair. it was a little lower budget that I was anticipating, but overall it met my needs. I needed a cheap place to stay for the night and it did the job.
Disliked: The room door locks were a little sus - nothing more than a bathroom twist lock, and the bed was quite soft. Otherwise, it was fine.

Convenient for our visit to...

Liked: Location was good for access to NEC complex. Bed was reasonably comfortable.
Disliked: The cleanliness was not good. There was a disused sheet and empty vodka bottle in the wardrobe. The bathroom needed a good scrub. The TV wasn't working.

You get what you pay...

Liked: Room was private with connected bathroom.
Disliked: Was abit afraid there would be no parking spaces left. The room I had was small with a single bed. They lean cleaning buckets in the window. And was noisy when they were washing cars.

Disappointing

These places should be made...

Disliked: Smelt really damp couldn't get smell out of my nose for a day or 2.Tried charging me for something I didn't want was difficult to understand what was going on.
