Pleasant

Liked: Liked the fact I had a roof over my head for a couple of nights and was easy to book and check in
Disliked: Rooms could have been cleaner. Unfortunately the hotel seems like it's more of a half way house with what seemed like residents living there who do make the place look bad in all honesty. Shower has nearly no pressure so was hard work showering but other than that it did me for what I needed.

Disliked: For three days were laundry bags directly in front of my room/ door. The light in the bathroom didn’t work and the towels were damaged. Difficult to reach someone from the staff.

Disliked: Worst place I've ever stayed. Place should be shut down. Disgusting. Sheets were all marked. No one there to complain to. Walked out.

Disliked: The room was dirty, mattres are horrible, with springs broken, cannot sleep, hairs in bed, rubbish left in bin, dirty cups, old and broken furnitures, dirty carpet, batroom dirty floor, bath, glass, shower head, tiles and radiator dirty, dusty. No staff in the hotel - you need to call attendent and is just out of hours service, fire alarm shows faults and staff area dirty, full of rubbish. Restaurant stinks, public area, staircase dirty, dusty, full of rubbish and broken stuff stored there, old letters with personal details left there (GDPR issue) no parking, no breakfast - it was adverised that you can order and pay for it. Fake advertised. How you can adverise this place as 3-stars hotel?

Inadaquate & very disappointing.

Disliked: Staff were virtually non-existent. Reception & entry required the making of a local phone call. As an overseas visitor, I had no local phone. I was not provided a door entry code or other access information prior to arrival. I was eventually let into the premises by a passing cleaner. Later, after a subsequent day out, the door entry code I had been given by another resident no longer worked on my return. It had been changed after I went out. So I was locked out a second time. The lights in the windowless bathroom were not working & were still not working when I left after 4 days. The shower head dangled on the base of the shower cubicle, lacking a bracket to hold it. Handle on tap broken. The carpets were stained & dirty & in need of a thorough cleaning.
