Never coming back

Liked: Nothing , everything been dirty and broken

Inadaquate & very disappointing.

Liked: The TV worked!
Disliked: Staff were virtually non-existent. Reception & entry required the making of a local phone call. As an overseas visitor, I had no local phone. I was not provided a door entry code or other access information prior to arrival. I was eventually let into the premises by a passing cleaner. Later, after a subsequent day out, the door entry code I had been given by another resident no longer worked on my return. It had been changed after I went out. So I was locked out a second time. The lights in the windowless bathroom were not working & were still not working when I left after 4 days. The shower head dangled on the base of the shower cubicle, lacking a bracket to hold it. Handle on tap broken. The carpets were stained & dirty & in need of a thorough cleaning.

Liked: Was okay but a nightmare for me as I had leave early because there was only only one coach for me to get home. So I lost a few days. Bed was very comfortable and my room was clean and was close to shops and town. I would stay again and should be back this month :) cleaner seemed nice enough and the guy i met who let me in the property was also nice so thank you guys :)

Disliked: It was like a a drug dealers party hotel room next door had constant Nokia ring tones non stop in and out of there room not suspicious at all. Also staff members room had loads of blood smeared around the room. Also fridge on a stool half its size making it a hazard

Disliked: The rooms where filthy, cups where dirty, smelly, i got moved twice, they tried to move me a 3rd time, the toilet was dirty and un-flushed with someone else’s urine left in it, the corridors had rubbish up and down the stairs and the member of staff was smoking a joint!The police should shut the place and council should shut the place down.
