Boutique by name, not by...

Liked: The staff were absolutely lovely, very welcoming and friendly.Appropriately attentive but not intrusive.Nothing seemed too much trouble for them.
Disliked: Though the decor was nice, there was no attention to detail, poor quality finish throughout, as though rushed, gives it an unprofessional appearance.Paint peeling off the walls in the bathroom .No soundproofing between rooms/floors.Curtains not big enough to close properly.Hand wash instead of shower gel in the shower as provided toiletries.Drink making facilities provided in the room but no power points nearby to actually use them safely.For a 'deluxe' room in a 'boutique' hotel this is a miss, and the price tag is WAY too high for what you get.

Lovely hotel would recommend!

Liked: Very clean hotel & in an excellent location! Staff were very helpful and the spa was very relaxing!
Disliked: My only complaint would be the car park. I did scratch my car on the entrance into the car park as it is very very narrow. Also there aren’t enough spaces for the number of guests, cars were parking in front of others and blocking them. We ended up parking in a council car park about 10 minutes away which cost a further £25

Liked: The staff were extremely friendly and accommodating; the room was clean. There is parking at the rear of the building.
Disliked: Decor is a bit tired.
