Exceptional

Liked: Staff were amazing and very accommodating. Location was great and parking good. Spa was brilliant. Complimentary breakfast was good. Bed and room was super comfy and clean.
Disliked: The only thing was that the WiFi didn't work in the room and the fan was really loud maybe needs servicing. Im sure if we'd have mentioned the staff would have sorted it out.

Liked: Very clean, and the spa was excellent. Decided to upgrade the room for an extra £40 which was worth it. Rooms are stunning! Shower was excellent! Clinton was a f**king gem. A credit to the hotel and couldn’t have went any further for us.
Disliked: Breakfast took an hour to cook, that was crazy in my opinion but Clinton was a one man band so we will give him that. Breakfast was okay, not worth £14 per head!

Perfect hotel for a weekend...

Liked: The property was lovely inside very clean the staff were very well mannered and made us feel comfortable while we were there the hotel is a 2 minute walk from the sea front and next to all shops.
Disliked: Nothing to complain about the property was lovely and staff were welcoming

Friendly staff, clean hotel.

Liked: Very kind and friendly staff , very quick response and they helped out with the issue in the room and allowed us to get another room.
Disliked: The coffee machine wasn't operating but we used coffee sachets instead.

Liked: The beds were super comfortable which made for a great night sleep. More importantly, everyone was very friendly, chatty and made us feel welcome. The hotel was really clean and decorated well. Would definitely stay here again.
