Not as expected !!!!!!

Liked: Bed was comfortable
Disliked: Car park a dump and access was so tightStaircase was falling apartNo sea view unless you leaned out of windowDecor poor walls and skirting a messPlaster flaking off wallsFixtures and fittings falling off Curtains don’t close only a voil covering which meant daylight woke us at 6 amNo gowns or slippers in roomRang us at 10.33 and knocked at door to say checkout was 10.30 and we should have left when booking.com 10.30-11.00! Totally opposite to what we expected thank goodness it was only 1 night very disappointed 3 star at very best Wish someone had gave this review before we booked!

Liked: The property was clean and comfortable the staff were lovely.
Disliked: Just be careful when you are booking on booking.com as it states on the website breakfast is included.Once the breakfast was made and eaten and just as we were about to check out the hotel issued us with a invoice for £78 for 6 cooked breakfasts £13 each which I refused to pay as it says on booking.com breakfast is included,The hotel staff said that it’s just the Continental breakfast that is included and I should read the small print on the website

Liked: Stayed here for new years eve, The owners was very welcoming on arrival ,we was explained everything and taken to our room which was for 3 people staying over.Good size bedrooms and great bathroom lovely and cosy on arrival fresh bedding and towels and a beautiful breakfast made.Would definitely stay again it's close to all amenities .I wouldn't call it a boutique hotel but our stay was wonderful.Thankyou for your warm welcome.Andrea.

Liked: Close to sea front, owners were friendly and attentive at the bar, and the food was ok
Disliked: We had the penthouse suite, and theroom was small and tatty, could not close window in bathroom, Could not open window in main room, fridge a constant noise had to turn it off, not enough hot water to use large bath, rooms are decorated but not finished 2star hotel at best, 2 night stay but the room was not serviced after 1st night, I would of expected that the room was serviced at the price we paid, advertisement states living room as part of penthouse suite which there was not.
