Nice B&B in Blackpool with...
Liked: Check in was easy and the staff were really welcoming. We were upgraded to the penthouse suite FOC which was a lovely touch, plenty of room and the bed was really comfy. Fridge in the room with water and soft drinks provided also.Bar was nice and the staff chatted with us into the nightContinental breakfast was nice, fruits, cereal, toast, meats and chese and croissant's along with coffee, teas and juices. Full english is available for an additional cost. There was parking available at the rear of the property and was in short walking distance of all the attractions Blackpool had to offer; it was very conveniently located.Would recommend and we would stay again next time we need a room in Blackpool

Disliked: Car park a dump and access was so tightStaircase was falling apartNo sea view unless you leaned out of windowDecor poor walls and skirting a messPlaster flaking off wallsFixtures and fittings falling off Curtains don’t close only a voil covering which meant daylight woke us at 6 amNo gowns or slippers in roomRang us at 10.33 and knocked at door to say checkout was 10.30 and we should have left when booking.com 10.30-11.00! Totally opposite to what we expected thank goodness it was only 1 night very disappointed 3 star at very best Wish someone had gave this review before we booked!

Liked: The property was clean and comfortable the staff were lovely.
Disliked: Just be careful when you are booking on booking.com as it states on the website breakfast is included.Once the breakfast was made and eaten and just as we were about to check out the hotel issued us with a invoice for £78 for 6 cooked breakfasts £13 each which I refused to pay as it says on booking.com breakfast is included,The hotel staff said that it’s just the Continental breakfast that is included and I should read the small print on the website

Disliked: Couldn't say as they cancelled my booking the day before I was due to stay Told me that you couldn't access the hotel due to road works outside the hotel. so drove pass the hotel on the same day as we should of stopped there and no road works Easter weekend and they cancelled the day before and lied why I couldn't stop.
