UNHYGENIC- DO NOT STAY HERE

Disliked: Rooms are beyond disgusting. Beds stained, sheets ripped. Thick dust everywhere, mould in bathroom in high quantities. Units had previous persons drink and snack residue still on the units. Clearly hadn't even wiped down. I would highly recommend you look into a full investigation of your cleaning staff and training.

Disliked: The carpets in the room was very dirty stains all over them the walls was full of marks and old bogies the bedding was full of peoples old bodily fluids the bathroom smell was horrid evry time you opened the door we was nearly sick The bar down stairs we walked in and had to walk right back out because of the strong damp smellWe was kept up all night with talking and then a woman screaming to be let go of and then loud bangs at around half 4 in the morning There was drug users always on the front steps being lound and hardly being able to stand up witch was staying in the hotel Mine and my partners opinion is that its more of a crack den than a actuall hotel so would definitely stay way clear we was conned out of our money for the stay as I went of the 6.9 rating on booking.com when it should have been a 0 in my opinion would 100% never stay here again

Disliked: Bedding needs updating, dirty pillows with stains and lumpy. Mouldy shower cubicle which can easily be cleaned with a spray of anti-mould spray. Uncomfortable mattress. Luckily I was only there for a few hours of the night but the night felt so long due to discomfort.

Ok for one night

Disliked: Online contactless check in but you do it all again when you get to hotel.Room while clean and modern had no blind at bathroom window ( which overlooked the bar garden ) so anyone in the garden or the houseing estate behind could see exactly what was happening in there and only one curtain at bedroom window that did not cover the whole window. Kettle leaked everywhere and no bulb in reading light. Room was ok with 2 large twin beds in a space that was better suited to a single room, consequently it was quite crammed. Realy noisy creaky beds so take earplugs (lucky I am deaf so once aids were removed didn't cause a problem) not so for sister. Was adequate for the one night we stayed but for longer stays i wouldn't stay here.
