Nice, clean hotel; would recommend to family.

Liked: Bus dropped us right outside; in close walking distance to town centre.
Disliked: Only one coat hanger in room to hang clothes up; cleaners wanting to come in - we were only there for 2 nights. Could have waited 'til we left.

Disliked: I turned up to the property to be told I didn’t have a booking so was basically just turned away.I had booked at the beginning of February and my trip was 13th March. The staff were dismissive and unhelpful stating I’d been contacted by their booking partners (which after driving for 4 1/2 hours I think I would have found an alternative before setting off if I had)

Liked: Perfect Spot if you want to visit Drayton Manor as it is only 10 minutes along the road.The Breakfast was lovely, full english breakfast and a bonus breakfast bar with cereals, fruit and yoghurts etc Our room was a great size with a lovely shower room, however the fold out futon which our son used wasn't very comfortable but luckily he can sleep anywhere!
Disliked: on arrival we were asked what time we would like Breakfast and we said 9, but were told that was too late by one of the members of staff as it was her shift which was odd as the Menu stated served until 11:30am

Liked: Central location, parking available. Staff really friendly and very helpful. Room spacious and had everything we needed. Beds comfy.
Disliked: The food smells from the restaurant below are quite strong.

Great value overnight stop, great...

Liked: The staff are wonderful - they were super helpful and evidently proud of working there. The breakfast choice was great and the service was highly personal and attentive.
Disliked: Rooms are small - but it's an overnight stop, not a resort, so I was fine with that.
