Disliked: Horrible place, staff not really helpful . I had to ask for wi fi password, they took my phone and connected it but no password was given to me. 10 mins later the wi fi disconnected and there was nobody to who I could ask, I sent messages through booking but never received any reply. The room was terribly dirty , I don’t want to describe how dirty it was. I had to lie on the bed whit all my clothes and a hood to not to touch the bed whit my body. Anything for put clothes or a draw to put my stuff. The television wasn’t working and obviously there was nobody to who I can ask help. It was a real terrible experience, didn’t sleep at all. I strongly don’t recommend to go there . I’m sorry to write those bad things, I don’t like to write bad reviews because I think that everyone deserves a little help but this case was too much. Is a place left on its own, I don’t ask too much but clean is a must , there is a high risk of get something bad on the skin… ahhh I forgot …. Not hot water so very cold shower this morning , I could sleep on a bench in a park it would have been much better .

Liked: The bed was comfy. Location was good. Ideal for "no fuss" solo guys who only need a bed/bathroom. Good bus route to and from the airport.
Disliked: The hassle of getting into the "run down" property was a nightmare. Had made 2 phone calls. The checking in times are far too short. The room was a good size with a toilet and shower. NO towel. NO cup. Drank direct from the kettle. Take some strong ear plugs as an Indian festival starts at 23:00 hours. With a bit of revamping and some money spent, this could be so much more.

Liked: DO NOT BOOK- got turned away after driving 5 hours there. had no where to stay last minute, all they could offer was to pay again for the night. Said OYO has gone bust and is not paying them any money so they will not take any bookings made on booking.com
Disliked: You will get turned away.

Liked: The staff are fantastic and won't hesitate to help
Disliked: Private party Saturday night kept me awake with loud music banging doors and loud talking and laughing keeping people awake...not a good experience with no warning

Don't make a mistake of...

Liked: Nothing.
Disliked: I was supposed to check in at 22:00. But I was travelling from Leicester to Heathrow and due to awful traffic, I reached at around 22:40. There was no one to let me in. There was no representative at all. I tried calling OYO and Booking.com but in both cases unprofessional call center agents (Indian nationalities in both cases surprisingly) tried to say that this was not their headache. Moreover, the contact numbers those were provided on booking.com was not reachable as well. And, none of them returned my money.
