Disliked: Nothing, the place looked rotten. The second room was a nightmare as it was located at the outside of the building on roof top. To be honest, we did not sleep there. The toilet was filthy and the bathroom eye-saw. No one from my family took a shower. I have never experienced this since dealing with Booking. Com. To be fair I need a refund.

Liked: The worst hotel I have ever been to. The government should arrest the owner. It is not fit for purpose.
Disliked: There is nothing to like. They lied that booking.com gave a wrong impression about checking time and they were trying to cajole me to pay extra £20 to check me in early. The room was very indecent and not fir for purpose.

Disliked: Well booking.com said it was 12:00pm check in. Then I arrived and I was told I’d have to pay £25 to check in before 2pm. Once in my room I was not given a towel to shower with until the next day. The walls and floor were disgusting. When I pulled the duvet back there was a filthy stain in my bed and I had to sleep on top of the duvet. The sink barely worked. A trickle of water came out. The tv didn’t work. No signal to it at all.And the shower had no hot water. This was probably one of the worst places I’ve ever stayed. For context, I’ve slept in an abandoned house on the side of the road to get out of a storm. and it was cleaner than this room.
