Bad
Disliked: Do NOT book with them. I missed a call due to being on the plane and having no service (!!!) and they just went ahead and cancelled my WHOLE STAY. Didn't give a reason, repeatedly stated it was their fault and I'll get a refund - only to then turn around, hours later, to claim they cancelled my stay due to my payment not having been processed. Mind you, I booked with them in December 2024. The money was taken from my bank account IN DECEMBER 2024. I send them statements and confirmations of said payment while also (!!!) telling them that the stay on booking.com was still very much stated as 'Confirmed'. Never heard back. What DID however happen was this: I woke up to a message on booking.com saying THE HOTEL CANCELLED MY STAY DUE TO NO SHOW WITH POSSIBLE NO SHOW FEES ARISING. Are you kidding me? Got on the phone with the property AGAIN, they stated time and time again it was due to 'no show'. Good thing I got sent a cancellation and refund statement FROM THE PROPERTY the day before after asking for written confirmation. Forwarded that. Haven't heard back in 24hrs. And booking.com? They don't help me either. Tried their customer service with no luck. I really just want my money back after being left stranded without a valid reason. Sounds like overbooking and getting rid of the first person who doesn't immediately take their call to then claim different reasons after hours of interacting and trying to resolve this issue!!!

Poor
Liked: The location is very good! Very close to major subway station and around there are many cafes and restaurants.
Disliked: The outside of the location does not look like in the pictures, there is no hotel sign so it was hard to find. Furthermore, there is self check-in but we did not receive any information for check in. At 5pm on the check-in day I had to call the accomodation and was told to send a picture of my ID to an email address and then I received the passcode for check-in. It would be helpful to send those requirements and information at least a day prior to check-in so people don't have to call stressed and wait outside.
