Clacton stay

Liked: The staff were wonderful could not do enough. Nothing was too much trouble. Great management.
Disliked: Nothing it met and exceeded my expectations.

Not very good at all

Liked: Staff was hears your key there’s your room no parking no hairdryer in room shower no power a joke just not a nice room left a day early

Overall, very nice comfortable stay....

Liked: Staff were very friendly and welcoming, easy check-In, we were personally shown to our room. Very clean room, complimentary shower gel and tea/coffee facilities - nice comfortable beds.
Disliked: I have nothing negative to say.

Ok ish went to have...

Liked: The lady who was on was lovely found a dead spider on my pillow we stayed another night but our beds wasn’t maid or bin changed had a rip in my duvet cover
