Noisy, we were on nights...

Liked: Needs a very big clean ,decorating, and the smell in the hotel was damp.plastic cups for tea and coffee. Won't be going back.
Disliked: Nearly everything

Liked: The young man at counter was excellent left my phone in taxi he booked me in let me use the hotel phone let me use his own personal phone and gave me fruit to eat for free as there was nothing open at 11 pm . And at 3am the taxi man came to hotel with my phone because of this young man's actions. Can't say enough good things my trip was ruined otherwise. Excellent
Disliked: Facilities weren't great but I did arrive late room was fine. But the outsiders of hotel could be cleaned up a bit and a bit if paint would brighten place up but it's grand hotel my third stay in all

Waste of money and felt...

Liked: One lady in the whole place that brought a coffee tray was lovely It was clean
Disliked: The private house party next to the hotel right below our window.Basic utilities.No remote to use the tv and couldn’t even hear people on the phone with the ongoing garden party.We had a bath and left .Wouldn’t allow me to change the day or refund when booked wrong night through website error for a work function.We left after 2 hours as we felt the thin closet door between our room and the guy next door was thin and could hear him talking like he could us.Whole feel of the place was not nice

Filthy, unhygienic, and ripping off...

Liked: It was in a convenient location with a lovely riverside walk nearby.
Disliked: Ok, you get what you pay for. This was the cheapest hotel in Warrington, I paid £92 for two nights for a tiny room with a tiny room and filthy en-suite bathroom. But a hotel should have minimum decency. This hotel has exceeded all levels of minimum decency I’ve ever seen. The room was stinky, toilet seat was broken, there was a massive spider on the ceiling that I had to catch and through out of the window, the shower and sinks were stinky. I don’t know if government hygiene inspection team ever visited this property.

Fawlty Towers in ruins

Liked: Nothing
Disliked: Imagine Fawlty Towers had been run to the ground for 40 years then left to rot, then you get a picture of this God Forsaken place. I felt like grabbing a cardboard box and kipping in the garden. Heres a list of some of the Issues: wallpaper covered in stains, wallpaper peeling away, paint peeling from the window sill, holes in the walls, no running hot water from the sinks, mould in a cupboard, broken bath plug, lack of plug sockets, aerial cable across the room causing a trip hazard, 2 broken bed headboards......the list goes on. My poor teenage kids were almost crying and utterly depressed. Don't be enticed by the cheap price. Do not book this Hotel.

Very disappointing

Liked: Photos on Website & actual are not the same, very bland and like a American Hotel in the out back, very disappointing
Disliked: Beds & pillows very uncomfortable, my bed under mattress had a hole in at the bottom of frame, couldn’t not sit at end of bed. Shower seal of door came off, water has no pressure & wait like 5min for hot water, had 3 spiders visiting the room, no dustbin, piece of cloth torn off bed frameNot the best, if you want to stay rough.
