Worst hotel I've ever stayed...

Disliked: Paddington House Hotel, Warrington – A Nightmare StayI don’t normally leave reviews, but this experience was truly awful. The room I booked wasn’t even available when I arrived. The receptionist was incredibly rude, slamming the key on the desk without a word.The entire hotel reeked of smoke, and the carpets were filthy—literally held together with duct tape. Outside my room, the last guest’s half-eaten McDonald’s was still sitting there, untouched.To top it all off, the receptionist gave someone else the key to my room and checked them in without realizing I was already in there. Absolutely unacceptable.The TV barely worked, with only half the screen visible, and the overall condition of the room was beyond neglected.This was, without a doubt, the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. The only good part of my stay? Leaving.

Pretty grim in all honesty.

Liked: The beds were comfortable although the sheets smelt poor. The pillows were exactly the same. Smelt like they hadn’t been washed for a while.
Disliked: The staff literally asked if we was checking in. Asked me to sign a piece of paper and then chucked me the key with no explanation on where our room was. We had to work it out for ourselves. Yes there was signs but a little guidance would have been nice. We then managed to find our corridor as as soon as the door was opened the smell of cigarettes was horrific. Luckily our room didn’t smell the same but it was gross. The windowsills around the hotel was filthy, dead flies, dirt and dust. And just to top it off. There was mouse/rat traps dotted around the corridor.

Liked: Booked double was given twin. We had to sleep separately but will to deal with it. Then no hot water WiFi hairdryer or coffee materials which I paid extra for . 2nd room twin again bed was broken 3rd room my partner has had to go docs as suffering from bed bugs ..
Disliked: Staff not helpful bed buggy brocken bed completely mis advertised

Disliked: Hotel is an absolute mess would not let a dog sleep in there would not recommend to anyone

Excellent hotel and staff

Liked: It was a pleasant experience from beginning to end, the staff were very friendly and for the price it was perfect for the night
Disliked: Unfortunately due to my mobility, I use multiple pillows but only issued one, I'm sure they would of accomadated more but I didn't ask so entirely my fault
