Booking.com needs to have someone...

Disliked: Booking.com has the wrong times for check-in listed. Tried to check-in at 3pm as listed. OYO says all check-ins are at 4pm unless you pay a $20 fee. My event was at 4pm. Had to hurry out without check-in to make it. Event finished late, was not about to go back to OYO in case there was some other hidden detail that I would have to deal with and find another hotel in the middle of the night. Found another place closer. Booking.com reviewed my no show. Charged for the room anyway. That's fine. No longer using Booking.com due to inaccurate site details and OYO even emailed me to ask how my stay was BEFORE my reservation began. Enjoy my money. All the best. Done. Bye.

Disliked: There was no water. I should be refunded at least the half of the money I spent there. As soon I reach at the front desk by 11:40 pm, the staff told me that there is no water. I should either just sleep without using the toilet or cancel my reservation and look another hotel/motel. I was tired from driving the long trip with family. What should I do, I didn't have a choice. Early in the morning, there was construction going on and it was too loud at the facility.
