Superb

Liked: Friendly and helpfull staff, confortible and warm room. Close to town center, train station and bus station.
Disliked: bed matteracce very old and not confortible... :(

Liked: Nothing except the bed
Disliked: The staff are soo rude its unbelievable they tried taking my deposit twice. Once taken as I did not want to argue with the staff. NO customer service at all. Blamed me as a key worker for smoking when other guests were. Terrible place please do not go. Made my experience of Luton extremely rubbish.
