They need to tighten up

Disliked: Everything about it there junkies outside your door all the time it's loud music playing all night long u can't sleep

Liked: Nothing.
Disliked: The front desk lady upon arrival was not friendly at all. The first room we were given had an almost empty roll of toilette paper with no extra in the room, when asking the front desk lady for more we were handed another roll with a smirk and no exchange of words. Upon further inspection of the room upon when we pulled the sheets back to find a wad of hair and mysterious wet spot, we were given a new room that was slightly less dirty. Both non smoking rooms smelled a lot like smoking rooms which maybe is unavoidable when you offer smoking rooms. We left early and probably wouldn’t have stayed if we hadn’t already driven 9 hours, waited about 20 minutes waiting for someone to check us out to get our $50 cash deposit, I guess the front desk sleeps?

Liked: I could not tell you. When we got there. They did not have a room for us.
Disliked: The fact that even though they cancelled on us. They still charged us. So not only did we have to find another room. But I had to call Oyo to get my money back. I did get my money back the next day though. Good thing I had some extra money for another Hotel.

Liked: I was beyond happy with my stay at oyo,, from the immediate smell of a clean and fresh hotel room the minute you walk in the door to the amazing soaps and lotions. I would highly reccomend coming here again! I had an amazing stay and they were very accommodating
Disliked: No hair dryer haha!
