Liked: Epic fail
Disliked: Reservation wasn't real. I pre paid and am now disputing charge for room. Worst motel experience period. Stay anywhere else is my recommendation Close your doors and start a clown school.

Disliked: It’s not up to standard for anyone to stay in

Disliked: Wanna able to stay due to the front desk clerk And her saying they had no rooms and that she cc could access the os computer system

Liked: Closed at 10pm so I couldn’t redeem my room which I had reserved at 11

Liked: the clerk canceled my reservation and I did not get my money back in which they could of gave me a room instead I have never heard of a hotel closing at 10pm very unprofessional

Disliked: Could not stay after making a reservation online. Clerk said computers were down and had been all day. If prepaid, call customer service. I tried and got no answer. Should have prevented the reservation if the system was down
