Epic fail . They told...

Liked: Epic fail
Disliked: Reservation wasn't real. I pre paid and am now disputing charge for room. Worst motel experience period. Stay anywhere else is my recommendation Close your doors and start a clown school.

Liked: the clerk canceled my reservation and I did not get my money back in which they could of gave me a room instead I have never heard of a hotel closing at 10pm very unprofessional

Disliked: Could not stay after making a reservation online. Clerk said computers were down and had been all day. If prepaid, call customer service. I tried and got no answer. Should have prevented the reservation if the system was down

Disliked: Had to wait until 730 to get deposit refund had to wait to find an associate who was not there so I did not receive refund until almost 8 o’clock. The facility was dirty. Everything was old. There’s holes all through the wall. The bathtub was coming apart. Had two refrigerators apparently one was being stored inside my room does she swear disgusting and was unable to get a refund?
