Disliked: I found bed bugs. And a GIANT COCKROACH. VERY FILTHY. Do not stay here if you have kids and want to sleep with worrying about bugs on them.

Liked: Location was great. People were nice & friendly. Room was spacious. Good for a budget.
Disliked: From what I've heard it is being remodeled. There are some updates that need done. But they are working on it.
