The most surprising thing about...

Liked: Nothing.
Disliked: Everything. I rented two rooms. When I got into my rooms, they were both hot and had been left with the AC off, while it was over 90 degrees outside. The rooms smelled of urine, and the refrigerator it one still had old food in it. One of the bathrooms had several dead roaches behind the toilet. Neither bathroom was stocked with towels or soap. The key cards to either room did not work. The receptionist had to let me in the room several times, and she kept stating that she would make me another key card but never did. After waiting in the rooms for over 2 hours, the smell still hadn’t dissipated, nor did the smell get any better. At that time, I asked the receptionist and the owner if I could just get a refund for the room. They denied my request stating that they had a no refund policy. I ended up taking a loss and staying somewhere else for the night. It was a terrible experience.

Disliked: Very rude and abusive, a hotel with horrible facilities and staff. I would never rent one of their hotels again.
