Liked: Never stay there .. had a problem with my car and try to talk to the customer service guy and explain but he said he couldn’t help me. When asked to be tranfer to someone that could help he hang up the phone.
Disliked: Horrible customer service

This property is a dump.

Liked: The property was within 3km of my destination for work and the staff attempted to be helpful.
Disliked: This property is a dump, needs investigation and shouldn’t be listed with booking.com. As a named hotel with non-smoking signs on all the rooms the smell of smoke greeted me on arrival and continued throughout my stay based on smoking from the long-term residents on the ground floor. Smoke detector in the room was broken. Towels were dirty. Face basin and shower drains were blocking up with use. Walls in need of paint. Fixtures in need of repair. Couldn’t access WiFi in my room. No identifiable cleaning staff even for a 4 day stay. I had to cut my stay short based on the conditions and abusive encounter with manager who was upset when I asked for clean towel and highlighted the conditions at the property. I was unable to work and thus could not overlook the conditions at this property.

Horrible

Liked: Very dirty on the inside of the room, had stains on the sheets, pillows and comforter as well as multiple hairs on the sheets as if the bedding wasn’t changed. Sink was broken and there was a huge hole in the bathroom door. Several drug dealers and prostitutes staying beneath us and lingering outside most of the night so was very uncomfortable.

Awful

Liked: Property was dirty. Homeless people in parking area. Room was hot on arrival. Bathroom was unfinished and toilet seat was broken or not tight. Front desk was disrespectful and not helpful. This place is awful. Without a doubt there are bugs/roaches in these rooms.

Exceptional

Liked: Good communication, flexibility, accomodations, Support with room services requested to appreciate the stay! I like a clean environment I was assisted with the tools & items to achieve the goal to stay disinfecting my area as a healthcare team member I do my best to stay germ free and sanitized
Disliked: Things I can't control I don't worry about
