Disliked: customer service had someone book it for me first they said i did have a room then they said it was booked for the next day Thank God for screen shots and i also make sure you have 20 in cash because they want 20 in cash the rest you can put on a card!!!

the towels were dirty and...

Disliked: the towels were dirty and yellow. And the bed sheets were also dirty, the air conditioning was throwing dust because its filters are dirty and full of dust, they should be cleaned at least once a week and changed once a month
