Liked: Good location bad service
Disliked: Cockroaches , dust, no hot water

Nice, quiet and comfortable stay.

Liked: The room is very spacious, bathroom with towels, soap, and shampoo. The staff are friendly, and wifi included. Convenient too, restaurants and HEB grocery store just around the corner. If you need to eat and buy some daily essentials too. All in all it was a wonderful stay for me.
Disliked: I saw 2 small roaches, and the smell upon entering the room bothers me, I just hope more sanitation and some air freshener.

Liked: Bed comfortable.
Disliked: No hot water, ceiling rotten, smell mole, hair dry lugging in break unsafe to use. Customer service desk at night not will help out. Lie to advertise No breakfast, No wifi at room

Liked: Staff pleasant very friendly. Rooms are very clean and property is very clean too. Not much traffic or noise meaning you can rest easily and peacefully.
Disliked: The only minor thing I was disappointed about was that the pool is not open yet.

Liked: What breakfast? There was no breakfast at all. Even though it said breakfast on the website but nothing. They only clean the room one time in 3 nights. We had to go ask for more towels and shampoo. First time they forgot it was the second time when asked we got it.
Disliked: Only thing good was the location close to base.

Liked: The reactionist was super friendly.
Disliked: Room are not that great, but the receptionist made up for the not so great room.
