Liked: What breakfast? There was no breakfast at all. Even though it said breakfast on the website but nothing. They only clean the room one time in 3 nights. We had to go ask for more towels and shampoo. First time they forgot it was the second time when asked we got it.
Disliked: Only thing good was the location close to base.

Disliked: Room are not that great, but the receptionist made up for the not so great room.

Disliked: It need it more repairs it was missing a fridge and one dresser was in bad shape there was one inch gap from the door and the floor and had a strong smell I bought a air freshener for the room I actually donated it to them the Wi-Fi was not working

Disliked: Let me just start by saying if you aren’t from San Antonio- do your research before booking this area. Not a good area- we pulled into the “hotel” and was immediately concerned, yes it’s right outside the Lackland AFB so I thought safety would play a factor in that aspect as we couldn’t cancel and be refunded and I couldn’t afford another hotel. The “hotel” was nothing in the pictures, those pictures had to be when this place was 1st built and brand spanking new. Nothing shined, it was so run down, the floors were bowing, there was rust everywhere- the ceiling and wall paint was hanging and peeling- the toilet barely flushed, the sink wouldn’t drain, the shower drain was all rusted and corroded- there was cigarette smoke smell- and there was cockroaches, no bedbugs though because I checked- there was no breakfast like advertised, no internet like advertised. I very highly 0/10 recommend this accommodation to any person traveling to San Antonio. We checked out early the next morning and after our trip to sea world I drove the 7hrs back to Oklahoma. I could not stay there another night. This place was terrible.
