Disappointing

DO NOT STAY HERE!!!

Liked: Do not book this hotel. It is miles from I 81. Directions took us down a one lane dirt road that ended in what looked like a junk yard. Then it said park your car, take your luggage and walk to hotel. We didn't see a hotel in any direction. We are 80yrs old, had been driving for 11 hours and thought we had a hotel booked for the night. We were unable to reach 'hotel' by phone and had to find another place to stay. I am shocked that Booking.com would have this scam on their site. We have always had good results working with them. We are now disputing the charge on our credit card.

Liked: ….Nothing…..
Disliked: Rooms were dirty. Stains on the bed spreads. Bathrooms not clean. It was so bad we didn’t stay.

Why does Booking.com list these...

Liked: The mattress was very comfortable. Close to the highway and gas/convenience store.
Disliked: The room smelled musty, despite the car “tree” air freshener stuck in the air conditioner and one hanging from the desk! The bathroom was a disaster-broken tiles, missing caulk, damaged door, mismatched toilet seat. The pool was full of construction debris. The window clerk had the personality of a piece of plywood. The motel looks like a pay by the hour “no tell” motel.
