Disliked: The room was disgusting. It was not clean. There were roaches crawling in the room and on the bed.

Liked: House keepers were awesome & attentive to my room & needs, they were very friendly, understanding & supportive on a personal level.
Disliked: Room heater didn't work it shut off during the snow days we had in January. Room had ants I asked management to assist yet I was ignored. Requested a chair to aid my college studies never received one .

Liked: Bed comfortable, but deterioriating property not kept up ! Wall damaged vehicle drove into wall not repaired by front entrance ,
Disliked: No coffee maker in room no coffee in front lobby for customers even ! Bathtub no bath since no plug in tubs !! No working hair dryer button attached to wall outlet doesnt work , no current in outlet !! No toothbrush paste either At front desk if u 4get bring one.
