The hotel deserves general renovation

Liked: The staff were very nice and helpful and the room was overall clean as possible with that extremely old furniture
Disliked: however, the building and the furniture, carpets were very old; AC was so old and expired that it was making so loud noise while running, and also it was not efficient.

Liked: Staff is very friendly & helpful. My room was clean. Bed is comfortable. Very spacious. Highly recommend this place.
Disliked: Wifi slow.

You could tell they were...

Liked: The room was a good size. Two beds and two chairs with ottomans and a cot bed.
Disliked: The internet kept going in and out. The had to slam room door closed or it wouldn't close when we would go to leave. Bathrooms tiles were loss felt like you could fell through the tiles if you stepped on the wrong one.The desk was leaning like it could fell over.We would stay again its convenient and affordable.

Disliked: They cancelled our reservation without telling us in advance. We arrived late at night and had no room, nowhere to stay. It was a nightmare. They were super rude and didn’t give us any solution. They even told us the price we booked the room for was too low! The same price they had set. Worst people ever.
