Would stay again for the price.
Liked: Microwave and fridge are nice but not when you're only staying for a few nights.
Disliked: The staff was unprofessional and rude to us. The room was a little stale but okay. The breakfast is bad, nothing but bread.

Disappointing
Liked: There wasn’t to much noise, customer service was excellent tho, had to be moved from the first room to another room cause the tv wasn’t coming on, the toilet wasn’t working properly, the roll of toilet paper that was on the back of the toilet was full of mold. I asked for another room at first was told the maintenance man was coming to check it out but never came so then we was put in another room and the room didn’t have any towels. But over all I give a 6/10.

Absolutely terrible.
Disliked: This hotel was so sketchy we couldn’t even stay the night because it felt so unsafe. People in the lobby and around the hotel seemed to be on drugs including the front desk worker. The lady at the front desk said we didn’t look like we belonged there. Gave us a room key and said to check if everything in the room works and if not, come back she’d give us another one. When we said we weren’t comfortable staying she said that we could get a refund by calling the OYO phone number. But when you call it puts you on hold and then hangs up. Can’t even speak to anyone. I trying to view my cancellation options on the booking.com app and waive the fee but it keeps coming up with an error message
