Outraged, disgusted, disappointed.

Liked: To be honest, I didn't enjoy this experience at all. The only slightly positive thing I could say was the maintenance guy who offered to swap out a broken TV in the room was polite.
Disliked: Where do I even begin.....the room was filthy...the carpet looked as if it hadn't been vacuum in years. I wasn't expecting anything luxurious but the furniture was stained and outdated. Wires and oulets hanging out the walls, The TV was broken light bulbs weren't in the lamps. Paint chips from the wall was in the bathtub. The worst of all of it the heater and air unit was completely broken. It was 8 degrees outside and even colder in the room bc they had no heat. I ended up checking out early with no refund bc it was literally unbearable. It's not about the money at this point but to those reading, it's not worth your money nor your safety. It's a hazard.

Disliked: room had no micro or fridge. Bathroom door had hinge missing. Toilet seat was not secure. Tub did not look as if it was cleaned properly
