Disliked: Subject: Urgent Complaint – Unsafe and Misleading Hotel ListingDear Booking.com Support,I’m writing to formally report a serious issue with a hotel listed on your platform.The photos shown on the app do not reflect reality — the hotel is completely abandoned and in a state of disrepair. It is located in a dangerous and severely degraded area. According to the local sheriff, it is considered unsafe.Additionally, the staff member on site was rude, and there were individuals visibly using drugs loitering near the entrance. This situation put my wife, my children, and me at serious risk.The rate displayed in the app was $69 per night, but upon arrival, they demanded $113. However, there is no real, operational hotel at that location.This experience was extremely distressing, and I strongly believe that Booking.com must take responsibility for preventing situations like this. If I had stayed in Orlando, I would have considered taking legal action against both the listing and the platform for negligence.I urge you to investigate this property immediately and remove it from your listings to avoid further harm to other travelers.Sincerely,Joelmo lima

Liked: I actually did not stay. My family needed a hotel room for a few hours while waiting for our next flight out of Orlando. My daughter found the hotel and booked it for me while I was dealing with our flight. She never read the reviews. When I go to the hotel at 10pm, there were no cars in the parking lot and only a few handwritten notes indicating that the once Econo Lodge is now the OYO. I was extremely uncomfortable right then. My son read other reviews only to find out that they charge you for ANYTHING. So an unsafe environment, the hotel looked fake and poor reviews made me change my mind. I was unaware that my daughter booked the room as non-refundable, so I just ate $50.

Disliked: The entire building needs to be torn down. First it's cash only and you don't know that until you arrive. The pictures online are not real! We didn't even stay, we checked out less than 2 hours after checking in
