OYO Hotel Knoxville TN Cedar Bluff I-40

The first room they put me in didn't have air conditioning, the lights didn't work, and the toilet was just a bowl no back to it. I went to tell them I needed another room and they tried to put me in a room with one bed when I needed two beds and that's what I booked. They finally gave me a room with two beds and the beds were very uncomfortable. I woke up the next morning and was hurting all over. Only half of the TV channels worked. I will never stay at one of these hotels again. Definitely not worth the money.

Didn’t ever check in due...

Liked: Did not stay front desk staff was passed out sleeping when we finally were able to wake them after about 20 min less than helpful and struggled w the check in process tried saying it was at 3 pm n we missed it nor would they cancel reservation so we wouldn’t be charged for not staying

Disliked: The room was just nasty, the microwave made a loud humming sound, the wall plug didn't have covers on them the room smelled like mold. Don't like the pictures fool you read the reviews.

Liked: One of the main door to the rooms was just open with no lock at all. Any could just enter directly to any room. That is dangerous and very very dangerous.

Liked: The staff was nice but there’s not much more I could say that’s good about this place.
Disliked: The doors to the outside which were supposed to be locked 24/7 were broken and constantly open, the pool said temporarily closed due to coronavirus, I don’t think it will ever reopen. The beds are also really hard.
