Bad attitude, not helpful.

Liked: Booked two rooms via booking.com, arrived at the hotel to be told no rooms, and that I need to cancel. The staff on reception would not cancel even though there were no rooms available. There was a cancellation fee attached to the booking however they told me to cancel yet they wouldn’t waiver the cancellation fee. The staff were not helpful and their attitude towards myself and my friend was horrible. This genuinely felt like a scam. Please stay away.

Liked: The beds were comfortable
Disliked: They had roaches all over the room I didn’t notice it until about 3 hours after we checked in I tried to go to the front desk to talk to the people about it they didn’t answer the door

Disliked: Everything else was poor. It was not clean and had roaches everywhere even in the bed.

Disliked: The staff was very rude and did not want to let us stay on the property.

Disliked: You get what you pay for, there was hair in the bathroom floor, used towel with make up on it, mold behind the toilet, a plastic hanger left from the guest before us and the sheets and pillow cases had stain on it .

Disliked: Yes the sheets and towels where dirty ac in one of the rooms didnt work there was drug dealing going on at night there was shootings it was just bad experience and not worth what I paid at all
