OYO Hotel Kalama

Liked: The thing I like best about the room was the cleanliness.
Disliked: I was charged twice once online when I made the reservation and then when I got to the hotel they said that they weren't yet fully merged so I had to pay cash again as checking in also I'm waiting for my refund.

Bad

Liked: Nothing
Disliked: They told me their system was down when I arrived. Then they charged me again for the room even though I had proof of payment on my confirmation receipt. The manager was rude and less than helpful on any level.

Disliked: Motel next to the highway

Liked: Pup cancelled on several family members in town for a wedding. Some of us being emailed just 2 days before the wedding, with no explanation as to why. For those of us whom dont check their emails daily it was very unfortunate!!!! Pick up a phone!!!

Liked: Location. Price restaurant across car park was good
Disliked: Could use renovation. only one person on staff and front desk is closed from 11pm until morning.
