Dirty and unsafe

Liked: It was pet friendly
Disliked: Very dirty - parking lot was covered in trash. Huge crowd was loitering around in the parking lot all night long, screaming and blasting music. Staff did nothing about it. Honestly it was kind of scary. We considered leaving and going somewhere else as soon as we arrived. If we hadn’t already paid we would have left immediately, however since we had already checked in, the hotel would not give a refund. We left as soon as possible the next morning. This place doesn’t feel safe at all.

Disliked: Clerk double-charged me and then locked me out of the room the second day. One day cost me $---even though the rooms were filthy and it was basically a crack den. Attempts to correct the issue failed, since the clerk spoke very little English
