I would not recommend this place! Upon arrival there were multiple sketchy people hanging around the outside of building that made it feel unsafe. The FRONT door was locked and there was no one at the front desk. A few minutes later someone at the front desk flagged us to walk around to a side door. The room I booked on this website was not available. I booked a double bed and received one full sized bed. The pictures were deceiving and our room was incomplete. Check in time was different than listed here on website. I believe the woman said 3p.m. check-in time. The woman then informed us of the required $100 deposit for the room. She suggested that we pay cash as it would benefit us from having to wait for the funds to be available after checking out. I insisted that I did not mind having a hold on my card as I did not have cash on hand. She then proceeded to say they preferrred a $100 cash deposit. We were attending the concert that evening and had already booked an Uber with this place being the pick up location. Luckily my guest had cash on hand. I was already skeptical at this point, but there was no time to find another place and have time to get ready for the concert. Upon entering the room there was a weird smell. The bedroom did not have over head lighting. There was only one small bedside lamp. There was a mirror leaned up against a wall and a light fixture also laying next to it like the room was unfinished. The bathroom did not have a shower curtain. There were also lots of small roaches crawling on multiple surfaces. The mini fridge in the room was very dirty on the inside. There was also no trash bin to be found. I felt uncomfortable leaving our car parked there and hoped it would be intact when we came back. There seemed to be someone living above the room we received. They were playing very loud music and there was an overwhelming smell of marijuana that covered the outside radius of our room. We decided not to stay overnight for all these reasons. We went to the front of the hotel to check out and receive our deposit back. There was no one at the desk and the door was locked. There was a doorbell and a sign that instructed you to ring twice and not hit repeatedly. We waited a few minutes and no one answered. There were still sketchy people walking around the building and a group of people chatting out front. We decided to leave without obtaining our cash deposit.

Disliked: No light in the room, all furniture was broken, flies all over the room, room was overcome with very pungent cigarette smoke smell, Matress and bedding was filthy in tatters. I left immediately and wasnt given a refund or apology. Traumatic experience.

Liked: This was the worse roach invested place that I have stayed in. this facility need to be shut down. I left the next day and requested a refund in which I did not receive. I basely paid for a place and did not stay the time to cover the cost. I'm still requesting to be reimburse for the nights that I did not stay.

Disliked: I was booked into a room that should be condemned. Unfortunately I needed to take my friend her car. At 5-5:30 PM in Houston there is traffic. We didn't arrive back until 8:30 PM. Upon entering our room, I felt like someone had gone through our stuff. Looking around the room, I felt like someone had been living in. Disgusting sink, toilet and shower in the bathroom. Broken glass in the entrance way, possibly a crack pipe. The room hasn't been cleaned or deep cleaned in weeks. The lamps didn't have light bulbs, (Possibly used to smoke their stuff). The bed sheets, comforter and pillows looked like they haven't been washed in a minute. Trying to laugh it off, I went to turn on my Bluetooth and couldn't find it. Granted there was a door joining another room next door that had a table against it and an upside down broken mini refrigerator on top of it. My JBL speaker was stolen. Someone had seen me walking with it around my shoulder and knew that speaker was worth $200+ I felt completely violated and misled by booking.com and the OYO motel.I reached out to the manager on duty she said she would look at the room but she never showed up. An hour and a half later we booked another room at a different hotel. This story goes on and on. The property won't even respond to booking.com or me. Please stay far away from this motel. Go spend that extra $10 20 30 for a decent place to sleep. Please Stay far far away and stay safe.
