I’m safe barely.dirtiest hotel ever

Liked: The location wasn’t far from visiting locations
Disliked: Dirty rooms.. dirty property. Pure filth

I appreciate the room and...

Liked: The lady on night staff was very pleasant, helpful and kind with her words and assistance in checking in.
Disliked: I did not care for the day staff- at the front, they were colder and less empathetic. I understand some of the customers they may have at this location. However, some people are just struggling financially- not druggies or dope sellers. I believe everyone should be treated accordingly- not based on previous customers experiences.

Disliked: The manager/ owner has the absolute worst attitude and doesn't know how to talk to people. She thinks she's better than everyone and picks and chooses who she wants to be nice to. Owner or not she shouldn't be allowed to deal with customers

Disliked: It was terrible. Holes in the walls, leaky water from the A/C, and refrigerator, dirty bandaids in the floor and BLOOD on the bed skirt. The door lock was coming unscrewed from the door. And creepers everywhere. They have a stray cat issue and there were cats in our vehicle. Maintenance woke us up to change the air filter? It was very strange, felt very uncomfortable going outside without my husband.
