Never again.

Liked: The location of the hotel was good. The man working the front desk was exceptional as I didn't realize I had booked a smoking room. Since we were traveling with a child, I didn't want them to be exposed to smoke. Unfortunately, there were no more non-smoking rooms but he let me check out the last 2 smoking rooms he had available and I chose from there. The room was clean and mostly updated.
Disliked: Upon check in, there was a lady inside who was obviously in distress trying to get her room and was very vulgar. This may not have been the fault of the hotel, but I feel like it gave a bad first impression and could have been handled differently. The beds were absolutely horrible, like sleeping on a concrete slab. My husband and I barely slept and we heard everything all night, the walls had to have been paper thin. People talking loudly all night, a couple fighting all night, etc. Honestly, I would not stay here again.

Disliked: The policy about the deposit was not made clear on the site that I booked that upon explaining that to the employee at the hotel they just told me I could not stay because I did not have the deposit on my card and still charged me for the room I will never go there again and I'm also going to file a dispute for my money back
