Disliked: The behavior of one of the employees

Exceptional

Liked: Everything

Superb

I showed up, called why...

Disliked: They litearrly might have said fuck you no ones at the desk, were taking your money and youre not getting a room.

Met my basic needs.

Liked: Walk in shower. Extra help from the morning manager on Sunday monring.
Disliked: No working phone in room. Shower lacked basic skid protection, almost fell. A shower chair would have worked.

Liked: PROPERTY WAS REAL VISIBLE AND CLEAN OVERALL. REAL ACCESSABLE WITH NICE STAFF
Disliked: DOOR WAS NEEDED ADJUSTMENT TO LOCK BUT WASN'T A ISSUE.
