Disliked: Everything, First room they put us in look like somebody was still staying in it. Had to go back to office to request a different room. Second room was just as awful! Rooms are not clean and smelt so bad. Only blanket on the bed was a sheet, water all over the floor. Tried to get a refund and wasn't able to. Ended up booking at a different place. Was a waste of money for us.

Disliked: I booked a double bed and I got a king size bed for 3 people, myself and 2 kids. No bedspread just a top sheet, smelled, insects, etc. Just not a safe environment!

Disliked: The clerk was very rude and would not check us in. We came from two hours away. There was no clerk at the front desk we had to call a phone number. We were told to pay at the property but upon arrival the clerk told us we had to pay online and would not let us check in to our reservation and she hung up the phone in my husbands face. We will never try to stay here again. We were only here for one night on the way to our actual destination. We had to book a room somewhere else that accommodated us just fine. Very bad customer service skills

Disliked: I didn't like anything except location.... police there e ery single day and night... drug addicts and bums always hanging outside begging for money ,sex and drugs.
