Liked: I went out there to get a room I booked the room online and when I got out there they told me they didn't have any available so I couldn't get a room but they still took money off my card and I'm still waiting to either get a room or get my money back
Disliked: Could have gave me a room or deposit my money back onto my card because I didn't get the room because they was booked but it said online they had open rooms available
